Stars and Nine Patch

After looking at the box of scraps leftover from this top, I think it is a great idea to save them for a future applique project….pressing them, and trying to cut them into some specific sizes for a border, and hoping for enough, was just more work than I wanted to do for this quilt.  I did have a length of a nice bright but soft blue that went well, so this top is done and ready for quilting when I get the backing.
